Our Approach
Our planning projects are designed to meet each partner’s specific needs. Many projects include:
  • Community Needs Assessment—key stakeholder interviews, focus groups, public meetings, surveys, and other public involvement strategies



  • Programs and Facilities Needs Assessment—inventory of existing programs and facilities, evaluation of current participation, analysis of industry trends, and identification of desired levels of service



  • Standards Development and Benchmarking—comparison against other, similar communities to establish a point of reference for setting local standards


  • Strategy Development—a planning process that creates a list of specific action items with target completion dates for meeting goals, objectives, and organizational strategies
