Our Approach
Eppley creates instructor-led, online, and blended learning solutions that follow sound instructional design principles. Our multi-step approach includes:
  • Analysis—training needs assessment, task analysis, and learner analysis


  • Design—measurable learning objectives, detailed instructional strategy design plan, and identification of resources


  • Development—practice and assessment instruments; text, graphics, and multimedia content; and production of instructional materials or website


  • Implementation—train-the-trainer workshops and materials for instructor-led courses, and delivery and technical support of online courses


  • Evaluation—formative evaluation, summative evaluation, and revision
